Data Deletion Instructions – Swaply App

If you wish to delete your data associated with the Swaply App, please follow the instructions below. We are committed to respecting your privacy and will process your request promptly.
Steps to Request Data Deletion
1. Send an Email
From the email address linked to your Google or Facebook account that you use in the app, send an email to: vetraxalunit@gmail.com
2. Email Subject
Use the following subject line: "Data Deletion Request – Swaply App"3. Email Body (Include the following)
- Your full name - Your unique User ID (if you have it, you can find it in the app profile section) - (Optional) A brief note to help us identify your data
4. Processing Time
We will review your request and delete all associated data from our records within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important Note
Data that is stored locally on your device (e.g., app settings, cached data) can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings. Data managed by Google or Facebook (e.g., your profile information, advertising identifiers) must be deleted via those platforms' settings. Our deletion process only covers data we have received and stored (if any).
