Terms of Service – Swaply App

These terms apply to the use of the App, including sign-in with Google/Facebook, ads, and in-app purchases. Read carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance
By using or signing in to the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or complete any purchase.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
4. Remove Ads — What the purchase covers
Purchasing Remove Ads stops ads (from both AdMob and Facebook Audience Network) from being displayed according to the purchase type (one-time or subscription). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Excludes future feature additions not related to ad removal.
5. Payments & Refunds
All transactions are processed by the platform store (e.g., Google Play). We do not store credit card details. Refunds are subject to the store's policies.
6. Entitlements & Restores
After purchase, a local entitlement enables Remove Ads. You may need to restore purchases via your platform store account after reinstalling or changing devices.
7. Usage Restrictions
- Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent licensing mechanisms.
- Do not commercially redistribute App content without permission.
- Do not use the App for any illegal activity.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Termination does not waive rights to seek remedies for breach.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or via available channels.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, unless required otherwise by platform store rules.
13. Relationship with Privacy Policy
Using the App, including sign-in and ads, involves data processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it.
